6 world class courts - 5 glass back and the world's first all glass court. A vibrant squash scene with lots for everyone! Whether you're a beginner or experienced player, our programme will provide you with fantastic playing opportunities. We have a fantastic racketball section at Abbeydale with a broad range of playing standards from beginner and 50+ to county players.

This along with our racketball programme makes it the best place for racketball in Sheffield. With a very friendly atmosphere and a great range of equipment, our gym is one of the best in Sheffield. Our recent upgrades include new cardio equipment and a new strength and conditioning suite. Our spacious fitness studio offers a range of exercise classes from Zumba, Pilates, Dance, Circuits, Self Defence and Yoga.

Founded in 1934 Abbeydale Squash and Fitness has established itself as one of the most prestigious clubs in the country. The club is a member's only, non-profit organisation with the sole focus of offering the best for our members. The club boasts 6 squash courts, including 5 glass back courts and an all glass court; one of only three nationwide.
Abbeydale has six courts, five of which are glass backs and one which is a spectacular all glass show court; one of only three in the country. We cater for all levels and abilities as part of the clubs thriving squash section, with a wide range of social sessions, leagues, competitions and coaching opportunities.
The gym at Abbeydale provides a bright, spacious and fully air conditioned facility where members are able to train for their various sports and fitness needs. The quiet and friendly environment sets our gym apart and makes it one of the most welcoming gyms in Sheffield.

For new and regular members, our fully qualified professional fitness staff are on hand to offer advice on the use of our latest gym equipment and support in creating a programme that will enhance individual fitness goals.Fantastic membership offers make the clubs gym one of the best value for money facilities in Sheffield.
Classes are 5 per session for members and 7 for non-members, to be paid in reception on card before the session begins. Rebuild awareness, balance + control. After time out from exercise, it is important not to go 'too hard too soon'. Increasing volume too abruptly can be a risk factor for injury. Rebuild will look to coach you through movement patterns and establish the basic foundations.

Easily the friendliest, most welcoming gym in Sheffield with a focused, yet relaxed atmosphere and never any crowds or 'gym personalities'. A pleasure to train in. :-)

The well-equipped gym is spacious and bright, and is one of the best places to exercise in Sheffield.
Membership also includes the use of the Abbeydale Sports Club Pavilion where you can order food and drink whilst you watch county standard sport. The club is located in Dore in South Sheffield on the edge of the beautiful Peak District National Park. We sit on the Abbeydale

Clean and well maintained. Dumbells go up to 35 key and there is a squat/bench bar cage thing downstairs... Also downstairs is a multi gym like you've never seen it... With climbing hand grips on every corner to work on your hang time ... + loads of cool other uses... Check it out

A fantastic squash club with a great friendly atmosphere from all members. The ability ranges from beginners to county level, perfect for anyone wanting to join the sport and progress. There fitness centre has recently been upgraded with a whole new range of exercise equipment to satisfy any level of sports enthusiast. The glass squash show court and seating stand are brilliant for watching exhibition matches, really helping to bring the club together.
