These sets of instructional videos have been produced in order to provide a visual and audible description of Osteopathic Minimal (short) Lever Mid Range Manipulation Techniques for osteopaths, physiotherapists, manual therapists, at mid to senior student level, graduates and post graduates. Techniques demonstrated look at the basic spinal regions, the spinal junctions, the sacro-iliac joints, ribs and the lower and upper extremity joints.
She is also qualified as a State Registered Nurse. Corinne is interested in all aspects of osteopathic health care and the integration of different osteopathic techniques, treating all age groups from babies to the elderly. She has a particular interest in treating frozen shoulder and shoulder related problems having completed a course on this subject.
Osteopathic treatment is a holistic approach to optimum patient health and well being, it incorporates a concept and philosophy that looks at restoring the faulty factors that have lead to ill health to a more optimum balance so that the symptoms resolve and the underlying cause is affected to avoid future repercussions.
Affecting four out of five people at some time in their lives, backache (often referred to as Lumbago) is the most common complaint treated by osteopaths. In most cases, backache is caused by over-straining the structural components in the back. Most cases, whilst painful, are not serious if seen to promptly and usually respond very well to osteopathic treatment.
Normal wear and tear of the joint surface can result in arthritis or osteoarthritis and produce arthritic pain. This kind of damage is not to be confused with some cases of arthritis that are caused by a disease affecting the joint surface. Osteoarthritis is a normal process associated with ageing.

Daryl is a miracle worker! I have been going to him on and off for 5 years as I suffer from an auto immune disorder so often get a bad back. He is extremely experienced, knowledgable, trustworthy, professional and friendly. He will not recommend treatment you do not need which is why I always go back when I need to. I would recommend Daryl without hesitation.

I found Daryl's service excellent. I'd had a back problem for a couple of weeks that had kept me off work for a few days. Within a couple of visits Daryl had me fit to work with no sign of the pain I had been in. Very professional and easy to talk to. Really informative with regard to what the issue could have been and also great advise on how to help the issue and not make it worse. Very thorough physical massages helped make my back well again. I would thoroughly recommend Daryl and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again. Thanks

I've been a patient at Daryl's clinic in Chingford for more than 15 years and have seen just about every osteopath who has worked there in that time although I generally see the same person. I can honestly say they have all been helpful, kind, reassuring and professional. I know without my regular weekly treatment I would be in a lot more pain and have far less mobility than I currently have. I would recommend the practice to anybody looking for a way to treat their joint or back pain.

Have seen Darryl a few times in my life and he's always as professional and thorough every time. Darryl was recommended by my mother as he helped her through a time where she sprained her lower back and was practically immobile. I have always left the clinic with a thorough understanding of what caused my pain whilst feeling good as new! Darryl is always pleasant and holds conversation well and he also sends personal text updates which is a nice change from automatic systems. Highly recommend.
