As healthcare providers we will remain open for appointments in 2021 from Monday to Saturday to provide you with safe osteopathic treatments. This is for the protection of our Osteopaths, reception staff and of course all of our patients.
To optimise patient and staff safety we are rigorously following Public Health England, General Osteopathic Council and Institute of Osteopathy guidelines on infection control and also have our own thorough protocols in operation.Whilst we do our best to provide a full service, we may occasionally have to adjust appointment availability.

We aim to provide high quality integrated complimentary healthcare with experienced and dedicated therapists. We will put you the patient first in order to find the cause of your problem and not just treat the symptoms. We aim to provide consistently excellent treatment and service for all ages with a diverse range of health problems.
The most common conditions treated by osteopaths are neck and back pain. However, osteopathy is a very effective treatment for stiffness, aches, pains and dysfunction in other parts of the body. Osteopaths treat the person not the condition. The aim of treatment is to help resolve structural imbalances that are present throughout the body in order to restore a state of physical and physiological balance and function.
Case History: on your first visit the osteopath will take a thorough case history. You will be asked detailed questions about your present complaint, general health and past medical history. We will listen to you in order to understand your needs, and will respect your wishes and opinions. This will include an assessment of your posture and the way your body moves.
This depends on a wide range of factors. While most patients will experience some improvement after the first session, typically three to four treatments are required to achieve a reasonable degree of improvement. On average, patients require 4 - 6 sessions to achieve a substantial and lasting improvement.

Steve has been brilliant and when I first went in to see him I was having a lot of pain walking due to osteoarthritis in my left hip and pain in my back. He was really clear about what he was able to do and how to help and how I can help myself. I’ve been to osteopaths before and this is the first time I’ve been told that I would have 3 sessions and then review. And he stuck to his word. The third session I left having marked improvement in my hip. I’m not cured, that would be a miracle, but the improvement is close to a miracle.
Thank you Steve.

I highly recommend getting an appointment here if you are having back or neck pain, as in my situation. I got to a point where I couldn't turn my head. I was sorted out over the course of a few sessions and have been given excellent advise on how to look after myself! I also recently had to get sorted out again after a cycling injury. Highly recommend.

Visited Yein for acupuncture treatment. She looked at my problems holistically and treated efficiently (as much as possible). She then referred me to another specialist to solve my exact problem. I love it when people send you to the correct person instead of try to get the person keep coming to you for profits.
So I like this place and would go back if I need to. :)

A very small clinic located on a quiet residential street between busy Walthamstow Central and bucolic Walthamstow Village. The clinic has a welcoming but tiny waiting area so calling ahead for an appointment slot would be wise. The clinic and consultation room is clean, pleasant, and bright. The treatment advice that was given by the consultant was sound and exercisable. The staff there are very friendly and helpful.

I have tried various therapies including osteopathy for back and hip pain but it kept getting worse. My friends have been regulars here for over 10 years and recommended I try their osteopath. Steve has worked wonders in just 2 sessions . The practice is a very welcoming place and I look forward to coming back anytime I need treatment.
Highly recommended because Steve wants to get you on the road to recovery as fast as possible in as few appointments as possible. That’s what I call real support to patients .
You can also get early am appointments before work which is another special feature
