Services
Whether you visit FIX-ME for a one-off treatment or a longer course of action, we make sure all patients play an active role in their recovery so they can remain pain-free once treatment ends. FIX-ME uses a broad range of treatment approaches for patients which include structural, visceral and cranial techniques, as well as dry needling and mindfulness.
What is a headache? To simplify, a headache is pain in the head or face, and sometimes also includes pain in the upper to mid neck. The pain sensitive structures in the head and face include the skin, bone and structures in the eyes, ears, nose and mouth. Also, the large blood vessels of the head are incredibly sensitive and these are the principal structures causing pain in vascular headaches, such as migraines.
Neck Pain is a common complaint I see regularly. There are many different causes behind neck pain, although they all present themselves similarly. Pain can be felt anywhere between the base of the skull, down to the top of the shoulders. What causes these symptoms? The causes above can be treated and symptoms can be alleviated to different degrees depending on different patient factors.
Shoulder pain can present itself in varying degrees of pain and varying degrees of restricted movement. Pain can be mild to severe with or without reduced range of movement, or in some case no movement at all. Symptoms can be felt at the Front, Side, Top or Back of the Shoulder.
Most shoulder presentations I see typically fall under the Musculoskeletal differentials, however in some cases shoulder pain can be an indication of underlying visceral pathology. If you are experiencing any symptoms above, please seek medical attention immediately. Shoulders can be stubborn in recovery as it is a incredible complex, mobile joint and an area we use many times each day.

Thoracic Pain (Mid back pain) is a complicated area to focus on as it covers such a broad spectrum of possibilities. Not only is there lots of over laying muscles, but this area, along with the rib cage houses our bodies vital organs and therefore, pain should not be over looked without proper investigation.

Timothy is one of the best osteopaths I have visited over my career as a physical performer. He is a very warm and caring person. His manner is friendly, approachable and fun. He really understands the body and has helped me heal after a bike injury and treats with really consistent positive results more long term reoccurring conditions, like an injury that I incurred 20 years ago on my lower back and a flare up on a cocxic injury. I would recommend him to anyone in need of experienced and knowledgeable attention and healing hands!

I had an amazing first visit with Tim from Fix-me! I was completely new to the experience having never had any form of physio or osteopath treatment before so was a little nervous, but Tim made me feel completely comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. After a quick consultation he managed to navigate to the source of my problem and was incredible in talking me through what he was doing and how it would help me, and was very impressive with his wealth of knowledge.
I would 100% recommend to all of my family and friends!

Timothy is a magician. He's helped me feel more calm and relaxed in my body since I've been visiting. I had worried that being "clicked" might be terrifying but Timothy made it such a breeze - the whole process was guided and never felt uncomfortable. Tim has a lovely space too, really clean and calm. I'm on my third visit already!

Tim is absolutely amazing, warm but also undoubtedly extremely well trained and experienced. I searched so long to find anyone remotely good for my back and neck problems so finding this place was a godsend. Reasonable priced as well, especially as he's so good you don't have to see him loads, he sorts it out super fast. Never going to anyone else because I have quite big issues so I gotta see the right people.

He really does give you the most amazing service and works so hard. He also added in some acupuncture into my treatment. My shoulder injury has improved so much since our first session.
