At our clinics we address spinal injuries from a multi-faceted approach; we feel this is the best way to achieve and optimum long term outcome for the individual. Spinal injuries are usually a combination of physical injury, family and environmental pre-disposition and stress factors. We are PPP, Bupa etc Health Insurance registered.

The Liberty Clinic was first established in 1985 by Luke Bennett and Lisa Abrahams after they both graduated from the British School of Osteopathy. The practice soon grew and quickly expanded into the premises at 394 Romford Road, Forest Gate. Luke's Grandfather established a chain of fitness centres in 1933 in Southsea, Portsmouth which used the groundbreaking idea of weight training for health, sport rehabilitation and conditioning.
Our Forest Gate Clinic spans over 3 floors including a large reception area, 3 treatment rooms and a gymnasium to enable you to follow through a programme of rehabilitation if required. Our Forest Gate Clinic has 3 treatment rooms to ensure you can get an appointment at a time that suits you. Our rehabilitation room has full gym facilities to help you work through a programme of rehabilitation.
We also have a highly qualified sports instructor at our Liberty clinics that provides one to one help for rehabilitation of your lower back and neck complaints, personal fitness training and sports programme enhancement. Pain is a warning sign. You should not ignore it and hope it will subside, it is very important that you also do not rely on pain relieving medication if the pain still persists.
You will be seen by a registered osteopath, who will have been trained from a four year degree/diploma course at an accredited osteopathic college. 2. We will take a full case history from you detailing your pursuits and any past complaints, illnesses, operations or accidents. Again, these details will help us to evaluate you as an individual.
At Liberty Clinic we offer acupuncture as a method to control pain, the body is encouraged to promote natural healing and to improve its functioning.
