This place is heaven.. everyone is having a great customer service from the knowledgeable staff, David is schmoozing a Basset Hound or the lovely Jess is pouring heepseed for fishing folk, and they can't do enough to help. Worth a trip to Hereford every time! My JRT is sporting a flashing night collar this eve😊

Have always gone here for anything pet related as they were so helpful when our beautiful boxer Pokit was still with us.
My 2 and a half year old has been asking for a Guinea pig for months. So we came in… today and bought 2. Ever so helpful. Lovely man put the new cage together for us and gave us lots of advice. All items were taken to our car for us.
We will be in for all our future pet supplies. Esmae says thankyou very much for her new friends. Coco and Jellybean x
