Despite working hard at all the times and being recognised by achieving high rewards on more then one occasion. I was dismissed by South Regional Manager, because of poor service... (avoid, she is very dishonest, unhelpful and she just promise to help you, but that just the words...) Just to summarise since I left they brought one more person to… replace me, now there is 2 people working on this account and they managed in more then 4 weeks time (recruit) 4 people, which maybe 2 or 3 lasted a day or two... Well done. I'm sure client is receiving "good service now"... Also another agency

Karen Howard at M4 Recruitment LTD (Thatcham Branch) put me forward for a driving role in Reading. Over a 2 week period, I attended and passed various tests, and induction, set by the client. After being given a start date by Karen, It came to light, that she had been dishonest, with regards to payments and payment options. As a result, I withdraw my application and informed the client the reasons why. My advice to M4 Recruitment LTD Is, to be honest, and transparent. Failing to do so, not only wastes the candidates time, but also the clients.

Had a disgusting, patronising and quite frankly rude call I received this afternoon. Speaking down to me as applying for a warehouse role. Considering they are supposed to be helping people getting into work, they are an absolute disgrace of a company! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!

The worst agency if i could give zero i would. Both females working there are rude and believe that you work for them in the literal sense . No professionalism at all and don't be fooled into working with them as they will with hold your pay and blame it on an "error". The only error I made was by joining them. They changed their name to M4 recruitment so avoid them at all costs.
