We were launched in 1989 by two like-minded recruiters who believed that the market would benefit from a personalised approach when recruiting staff. With this in mind they structured their company with the aim of putting 'consulting' back into the recruitment industry. I worked for TRG for about 4 months on the Actavo campaign and can’t praise the staff at TRG enough. I am a first year student at GCU and this job allowed me to finance my first 6 months. Fiona and Heather are amazing.
I was so concerned about working for an agency as historically workers and treated poorly by agencies but I would recommend TRG to anyone. Just turn up to your work on time and ready to work and it’s just like any other job. Sad to be leaving. All the very best for the future.
