At Osborne Lodge we pride ourselves on offering hotel style accommodation. All rooms are individually furnished to provide little personal touches and all have en-suite facilities. This enables our residents to retain even more privacy and dignity. All ground floor rooms have patio doors which lead to their very own private patio area and to the main garden.
Osborne Lodge recognise that good food not only enhances quality of life, but it also plays a major part in our health and well being. The home offers freshly cooked cuisine, with a choice of evening menus. The decor compliments the excellent quality and standard of the food offering a complete dining experience.
At Osborne Lodge we pride ourselves on the standard of our care. All our staff undertake a comprehensive induction and training plans. To achieve a high standard of care there is an ongoing training programme offered to all our staff. Our staff are trained to the highest standard in all aspects of care, giving a pool of knowledge across the team.
Day care can enrich the lives of seniors and alleviate some of the responsibilities placed on the families caring for them. Our home can now offer day care facilities to suit your needs. We cater for clients wanting ongoing or short term day care, or can be called upon occasionally; whenever the need arises.
Not all care homes are bad. When my 91-year-old mother moved to Osborne Lodge in New Milton, Hampshire, to be near my wife and I last year, we were immediately impressed. Since then, we have been delighted by the high standards of care from the staff (for whom nothing is too much trouble), the food, accommodation and wide range of activities available.

I cannot thank Osborne Lodge enough for helping me to get my elderly mum out of hospital following a fall she had at our home on the 8th October 2020, and subsequently caring for her every need since. She fractured her kneecap and dislocated her hip resulting in two operations leaving her immobile and in need of 24-hour care and rehabilitation mobilisation. The managers liaised with the hospital team and coordinated her discharge within two days. Since then they have organised absolutely everything including outpatient visits (with a carer going with her as I’m not allowed due to Lockdown) every
