At Talbot Woods Lodge we strive to provide a person centered service for all who access it! This would not be possible without our team of chair persons. I worked at TWL for almost 8 years. I enjoyed working with my colleagues, the management is very approachable and supportive and the residents are lovely. Residents are well looked after based on their care plan and individual needs which are then regularly reviewed by managers and key workers to keep up to date and ensure clients needs are met. Residents also have regular chair persons meeting where they can discuss their thoughts re: menu, outings & holidays. Residents are also provided with fantastic day care activities and facilities. I understand it has been a difficult year to everyone specially

The staff at Talbot Woods Lodge are friendly, supportive and really care about the work that they do. The residents are looked after very well and there's a high level of care. I used to work here and everyone was always helpful and there for you if you needed it and the connections I made with the staff and residents is different to anywhere else I have worked. Whenever you need the support the management is there for you and you know for everyone there its more than just a job.
