Members of the Clover Club can benefit from 10% off all plants every Tuesday in store only.
Jenny has been the manager here at Chacewater for 20 years. She has a wealth of horticultural knowledge and experience and is well known for having an excellent rapport with all of our customers old and new. As a relatively new service that the garden centre provides, our cafe is the perfect place to stop for hot drinks and meals, home made cakes and scones, snacks, breakfast, cold drinks and more. Vegetarian and vegan options are available and we do offer gluten free alternatives on selected food and drink.
At Goonhavern and Chacewater garden centres in Cornwall, we stock a huge amount of beautiful indoor and outdoor plants, trees, cacti, herbs, climbers, bulbs, heathers and more. Our plants sells fast and are ever changing! Because of this we don't sell them online, but invite you to come and see us, enjoy a coffee, get some expert advice for your garden and choose your favorite plants in store.

Went into garden centre for weed killer saw what I wanted it had a price of £11.99 on the box and a price ticket on the display advertising it at £10.99. I searched for an assistant and asked what price is it, he said I dunno so I asked if he could find out he reluctantly did so when he came back all he said was where did you get it from? I showed him where and he just took the price off the shelf and walked off great customer service I will not be returning again

Really poor customer service. Check your receipts, the prices they charge you is not what they display. This is the second time this has happened to me here. Tried to speak to someone and leave reviews on fb page and they delete comments and block users unless you leave a positive review.
Definitely lost a loyal customer and would advise others to shop elsewhere. Such a shame when people are trying to support local businesses

Very poor customer service. Charged wrong at the till for 3 items and was told they had priced things wrong and Human error. No apology and they clearly couldn’t care about customers. Always try to shop and support local, definitely won’t be back. Shop did refund all items but wouldn’t sell at marked price. Shelves and items both priced incorrectly.

I am currently on holiday in Cornwall and recently called into the garden centre to purchase a Weber portable barbecue.
I had a minor issue with the enamel coming off after I'd used it a couple of times.
I returned it to the Goonhavern centre where the store manager Ross dealt with it in a quick and efficient manner, nothing seemed too much trouble, and communication was first class.
Big thanks, and well done on a great customer service experience.
