BODYWORKS Sports Injury and Physiotherapy Clinic was established in 1995 and is the most experienced Physiotherapy practice in the Dartford and Sidcup regions. From International, Commonwealth and Olympic level athletes, to recreational sports players. They put you and your injury first and look not only to deal with the symptoms but also to look to the cause, and offer suggestions for future prevention.
Jenny was trained and hand-reared in New Zealand, qualifying as a Physiotherapist in 1984. She has lived in Kent since 1992 and previous experience includes working at Greenwich and Westhill Hospitals and Crystal Palace National Sports Centre. She established Bodyworks Sports Injury & Physiotherapy Clinic in 1995 in Dartford, with a second clinic based at the University of Greenwich School of Science in Chatham in 2005.

Cannot recommend Jenny enough. She really helped me with my back pain. She helped me understand the reasons behind my pain and worked with me to start making changes to my everyday motions and exercise. This has got me to the point where I am either not in pain or, if I have a flare up, I know the reasons behind this and how to manage it. Thanks so much :)
