Little Learners Day Nurseries aim to provide high quality affordable childcare in a safe, fun and stimulating environment where the child's needs and interests come first. We take security of the children seriously and have full CCTV systems and Biometric Door Entry Systems in place. I find the nursery extremely caring, happy and warm environment for my child.

Services
The early years in a child's life are of vital importance. It is during these years that the foundations for their schooling years and later life are laid. Our aim is to ensure that every child develops his or her full potential in preparation for formal education. Learning comes naturally to children when the play activities presented are enjoyable and stimulating.
We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework for all the children which meets the individual needs of all the children in our care. Children learn to be strong and independent from a base of loving and secure relationships with parents and/or a key person.
Children learn and develop well in enabling environments, in which their experiences respond to their individual needs and there is a strong partnership between practitioners and parents/carers.Children develop and learn in different ways and at different rates, and all areas of learning and development are equally important and inter-connected.

All children are entitled to Early Years Funding from Croydon Council from the tem after their 3rd birthday. The government will fund 15 hours a week, for 38 weeks of the year free nursery education which is paid directly to the nursery. In order to claim this funding you will need to provide a copy of your child's birth certificate and complete a declaration stating where you are claiming the free entitlement.
Little Learners Day Nursery first opened in 1991 and had a change of ownership in 2002. The detached building has its own parking at the front for parents to drop off and collect their child. On the ground floor we have two rooms for our Under 2's. In these rooms the children have a wide variety of resources for them to explore and a large area for creative play.
Some children are eligible to receive two year old funding for 15 hours per week for 38 weeks of the year or a stretched offering of 11 hours per week for 51 weeks of the year.
