Inspire Day Nursery is a home from home purpose built environment which has been designed with your child in mind. We pride ourselves on offering outstanding quality care and education to children from the age of 0 until 5 years old as well as providing parents with peace of mind that their children are safe, secure and well cared for.
Services
Inspire Day Nursery offers an all-inclusive service providing nappies, wipes, meals, formula milk and will even wash your child's clothes so at the end of a long day at work or study it is one less thing for you to worry about. The nursery is set in a large and spacious building decorated and furnished to the highest possible specifications and just a short walk away from Croydon town centre and West Croydon transport links.
The room leaders are qualified to level 3 in Children's Care Learning and Development and have experience of working with our youngest of children. The second staff member is qualified to level 2 in Children's Care Learning and Development and is working towards her level 3 in childcare. The third member of staff is an apprentice working towards her qualifications and gaining practical experience while working and learning.
Rabbits and Badgers Rooms each cater for 12 children between the ages of 18 months - 2 years with four members of staff. We maintain two ratio's in this room. 1 adult to 3 children for those under 2 years and 1 adult to 4 children for those aged 2years.
One of our Deputy Managers is based in Rabbit room and both her and the room leader of Badgers are fully qualified to level 3 in childcare and have extensive experience of working with this age group.The other staff are a mixture of qualified and trainee staff all with experience of working with children of all ages but particularly the toddler age group.

We maintain a ratio 1 adult to 8 children on a daily basis however the room is over seen by the nursery director who is accredited with Early Years Professional Status and works in addition to the ratio and with the team to deliver the highest quality education and care that allows children to exceed the academic level as prescribed by the curriculum.
Food and mealtimes are an important part of nursery life. We are keen to give children a balanced diet and to encourage them to see eating as sociable, healthy and fun. Our Catering Manager ensures all of the meals served are homemade using fresh ingredients and designed to meet the needs of growing bodies and minds.

Critical: Professionalism, Reliability
The staff are dishonest and use Covid as an excuse for some of the silly things they do. The management operates in a way that you’d expect an inexperienced person operate. Really messy and unprofessional looking. Especially in the foyer near the reception desk. Looks like an abandoned church hall or something.

Very happy with the experience so far. From the first time coming to view up to now. I like their communication. I like their polite mannerisms and how informative they are. I like the tapestry and how it is detailed and filled in EVERYDAY. I like how my daughter has progressed. I like the relationship she has not just with her key worker but all staff members. All in all I am very happy with Inspired Day Nursery and I would love if I’m still in the area for all my children in the future to also come here.

Our eldest daughter attended Inspire and the level of care was amazing, she really flourished and that was all down to the wonderful environment created by the Inspire team. So when it came to choosing a nursery for our youngest daughter it was a no brainer... Inspire it was. We felt like we picked up where we left off. It was wonderful to see the same faces and high levels of care were still in place. Even in these difficult Covid times the staff have created a great nursery, full of varied opportunities. All the staff team made my daughter feel comfortable and the transition went really smoothly

My son has really enjoyed his time at the Inspire Day Nursery, making many friends and learning and growing in a safe, secure and fun environment. I have always found the staff to be friendly, flexible and responsive to any concerns I have had, and I appreciate the feedback we get through his going home book. I appreciate the emphasis on education and preparing him for school, encouraging him with numeracy, literacy and writing, all of which are coming on in leaps and bounds, Special Mention to Tony and Shaun !

A good nursery is where you feel comfortable sharing the care of your precious little ones and I cannot recommend Inspire Day Nursery highly enough. My daughter loves all the staff there, especially Leanne, Maxine and Tony the chef! The children are encouraged to learn and develop through play in safe and fun surroundings, inside and out, in the garden. The management take the time to ensure the whole environment and set up works for all. Parents and little ones all love Inspire Day Nursery

I leave my kids in the morning without any worries, they only say bye mummy..never cry, never get upset cause I leave them as they know they will have fun. The all team is caring, reliable, friendly and spend time to tell parents how the day was. Most of the time, I cross Frankie, one of my daughter's teacher, when she is leaving but she will still stopped few minutes extra to tell me how my daughter behaved. The management team is also really friendly and always available. I had to get my son tested covid-19 few weeks ago and Claire spend time to book me a drive through to
