After months of consultation on how regular clients can be rewarded and ad hoc clients pay fair amounts it has been decided that we will move to an hourly charging structure per dog, as most skilled trades do. This system will reward clients who attend appointments regularly and whose dogs arrive in good condition, as the process will be quicker.
