Trained at Woozelbears to gain the Level 3 qualification in Hydrotherapy for Small Animals. Previously worked within the hydrotherapy team at Fitzpatrick Referrals alongside the 'Supervet'. Tobi had torn a muscle in his back leg and ruptured a tendon in his front leg which he had to have surgery on.
Spends far too much time in the office out of hours because her cats don't let her work at home! When Maya started it was for arthritis. Sarah and the team were so good with getting Maya into the pool as she was a little nervous to start, but now she cant wait to get in and will even try getting into the pool area when its days she is needing to be in the treadmill.
Regularly competes in agility with her Springer Spaniel so is highly experienced handling dogs. Competes in agility nationwide with her family dogs and was picked for GB junior European open team, 2 years running. From the first time we met the team, they made us feel at ease, explaining Hartley's treatment each step of the way.
Laser Therapy, or "photobiomodulation", is the use of specific wavelengths of light (red and near-infrared) to create therapeutic effects. These effects include improved healing time, pain reduction, increased circulation and decreased swelling. There is no patient sedation or restraint required and the experience is pleasant and comforting to them.

Used to love going to woozelbears but the quality of service has completely declined in the last two years. My poor dog was sent home like this as she was apparently too stressed to continue. We were not made aware that she was too stressed or asked to pick her up early. On previous occasions she was fine having her hair cut up until the last handful of times where they told us she needs medicating. We asked the vets who provided us with medication. Woozelbears told us that what they had given us was not good enough but they would give it a go. We knew she doesn’t like having her face done but

1st time going to Woozelbears, and staff are so reassuring and friendly. I was really surprised by them getting a dog in the water that will walk around a puddle! He came home full of life and energised. He done the water treadmill after having Cruciate TPLO surgery in Feb and still being pretty lame.

A brilliant company who have taken on my German Shepherd, whom we thought would not last the year due to weakness of limbs, only to see him stronger than ever; he now has great posture, standing tall and steady, is in significantly less pain and has resumed an even muscle distribution, which previously had been offset with 1.5cm thickness difference on diametrically opposing legs. He loves swimming with the team but what has been the game changer is the K-Laser therapy as this brought him on in leaps and bounds. Could not recommend enough.

Our bull terrier used the aquatic treadmill for rehabilitation following his fractured leg. He is young and boisterous. The team are amazing, professional, hard working, knowledgeable and excellent with lovely dogs. He has healed quicker than the vets anticipated and I think it is down to their hard work. Thank you for everything. I cannot recommend them highly enough

The girls at woozlebears have worked wonders for us today! (Sorry I am awful with names) after a year of building up Dixies confidence we had an incident at home that set her back and caused a meltdown last… week when she went for grooming. They treated her amazing during her meltdown and called me straight away. We went back this week and with such patience she has managed a full groom and is so much more comfortable. Couldn’t speak any higher of the woozlebears team and their knowledge of animal behaviour. Truly a wonderful team.

I have been taking my chronically sick dog to Charlotte and her team for 3 or 4 years now - and my dog's quality of life and has been improved 100%. Anyone with a poorly dog knows it can be hard - emotionally and financially - and Charlotte and the team have always been very sensitive to that and have been as helpful as they possibly could be. They are an absolute pleasure to spend time with and I have recommended Woozelbears to many people - and will continue to do so. Thanks for everything Woozelbears x
