Great place for spending time away from the noise, in the middle of nature. Friendly people, there is even a bar here for you to enjoy a pint or whatever you prefer

Very quiet place almost in the middle of nowhere but close to loads of days out, could do with a lick of paint and a freshen up.

Excellent small family run caravan park. Off the site you have the freedom to roam across miles of open fell, streams and local Sunbiggin Tarn. Brilliant flora and fauna in a special area of limestone country.

Middle of nowhere. No phone signal. Peaceful. Perfect getaway! Kids loved the play area was good to let they just play without having to keep a constant eye on them. Definitely would go again
On our second visit they now Wi-Fi in the caravan which kept the wife happy.
Home off our second visit. We loved it daughter had tears on the way home because she didn't want it to end. A lot busier with other children this time . On the down side to that there was quite a lot of litter in the play area but this was a minor gripe.
Lots to do if your into the great outdoors we took the kids on a 8km local

Love coming here. One concern is the big pothole just inside the main entrance, somebody could trip into it in the dark or a car might drive over it unaware it's there and damage their car.

Would definitely recommend. It is very reasonably priced, the accommodation was clean and fresh, play area and games room (with pub), and the owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating.
