Most air conditioning systems are heat pumps which mean they are capable of cooling and heating. Our qualified and knowledgeable engineers can provide the complete package from advice and support through to design and installation.

Compliance contracts are available for 1, 2 and 3 years. Bespoke compliance packages are tailored to suit individual customer requirements resulting in efficient and effective facilities management. All items covered under the Compliance Contract are checked regularly against a pre-determined schedule.

Working in accordance with the ACOP L8 guidelines, our staff are trained to provide reliable cost-effective solutions to water hygiene and Legionella monitoring. Waterhouse helps you to identify and assess sources of risk. We implement, monitor and manage control measures and provide a fully auditable on-site log book - ensuring you comply with legal Health & Safety requirements.
