Services
While children are in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) they benefit from a wide range of first-hand experiences. Children learn better through active engagement with the world around them. By providing opportunities and materials for them to explore it promotes self-initiative learning, a vital part in supporting children to be happy and motivated to learn.
Little stars day nursery provides quality day care and education for children between the ages of 6months and 5 years. For children older, siblings, and children who have previously attended the Nursery, or live close by, we have created a holiday club to accommodate every family. While children are in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) they benefit from a wide range of first-hand experiences.
Furniture and equipment is of the highest quality and purchased with your child's safety and learning needs in mind. Resources are at children's level, allowing free access, choices and opportunities to move from one interest to another at their own pace. Each room has been divided into activity areas to support learning through play.
These activities cater for each individual child's needs, so differentiated support will be offered. A baby room needs to combine a sense of spaciousness with intimacy, allowing free movement for mobile children and a quieter area for babies not yet able to move by themselves. Divided into separate areas to accommodate learning through play the room offers space for up to nine babies.
Our room for Sparkling Stars accommodates up to 10 children Designed and equipped with resources to provide children with a safe and interesting environment in which to explore and develop.
We encourage a daily routine to provide the children with stability and aid development, however we do understand it is important to offer a flexible approach to allow children to develop their own personal interests and preferences our twos room has a fantastic free flow advantage to our beautiful interactive garden and patio.

Positive: Professionalism, Reliability
We chose Little stars for the convenience of having a nursery close by. But we stayed for the lovely warm staff and engaging activities. Both my children have experienced Little stars in a positive way and they have always been great at communication with us. I would absolutely recommend this nursery to anyone.

A fabulous, dedicated qualified team with passion and unity flowing through all. Clean, bright nursery with fantastic features that is local to so many families in the community with caring staff who want the best for all the children who join our nursery. A Good Ofsted, with 5 Star Food Rating and so many positive points.
PLEASE Never go by what one angry parent says but visit and see for yourselves. BITTERNESS comes from people who do not get their own way or lack the understanding of Early Years Welfare Requirements, Regulations and Compliances. We are not an over priced nursery at all and

Very lovely nursery. I really can't recommend them highly enough. My older son went there a few years ago and was always very happy.
Now my younger son has started recently and is also very happy there. The staff are brilliant and help my often clingy child feel safe and comfortable throughout the day. They have a good range of activities and a lovely garden play area, and the in house cook makes sure they get well balance meals and snacks on daily basis. Very good nursery.

There’s a real ‘family’ atmosphere at Little Stars Day Nursery, not too big and not too small. Both our children love attending in their respective age groups, and the staff have been formed into a knowledgable, responsive, caring and settled team by the new manager, Reena. There are lots of visits, fun activities for the children, and plenty of events planned well in advance. Reena and her team have worked very hard to create a fantastic learning environment for our young ones. Thankyou!
