Hello I'm Alison Tregoning the owner, designer, baker, and chief bottle washer of Serendipity Cake Company. I care deeply about my cakes and want you to have the best designed and delicious tasting cake possible. Sugar work and baking have long been a passion of mine. From the first royal icing cake when I was 16, through my time as a pastry chef in my 20s, and even when I worked as an IT project manager!
I now hold a masters certificate in cake decorating and I'm a member of the British Sugar Craft Guild. In 2015 I made the best decision of my working life and I threw myself into the amazing world of professional cake design. I use both modern and traditional icing techniques so that your cake will always look amazing but it will also taste amazing too.

Services
We have a wide variety of cake flavours for you to choose from teamed up with luscious buttercream and ganache fillings. Our full range is always available but if there is something you like that isn't listed just ask us. As long as we can trial it, and you like it, we will bake it for you. We can also cater for the following allergy and dietary requirements: Gluten Free; egg free; Dairy free; nut free; alcohol free.
Here at Serendipity Cake Company we love baking and designing bespoke celebration cakes for all your special occasions. Each and every cake is individual to you because we take time to understand your requirements and we love making your cake extra special. We also have a fabulous range of celebration cakes to buy in our cake shop, pop over and have a look.

We used Serendipity Cake Company for our wedding on 13/04/19, due to the great reviews and amazing pieces that Alison had done for others. Alison made us feel very welcome when we went along for a tasting session and with Alisons expertise we was able to settle on a fantastic design. what can we say... the wedding cake was amazing and better than we could have hoped for. We have had the pleasure of two cakes from Alison; our wedding cake and 1st anniversary. Both amazing!
Alison was able to cater for both gluten and dairy free without losing the taste and texture!
