Services
Our nurseries provide high-quality childcare and early years education for children in a safe, secure, stimulating and fun environment. We are extremely proud of our organization and the team we have assembled to support it. Daisy Chain Childcare came about as a result of Jo Gomersall, (Managing Director) not being able to find childcare provision that met her expectations as a working mother, and so the seeds of Daisy Chain Childcare were sown.

We brought our son here because our previous nursery wouldn't go down to 2 days per week as we were struggling with money.
This Nursery is absolutely fantastic and has a great set of staff. They are extremely fair and with their covid refund policy it was a breath of fresh air especially as I know other Nursery's just want to take, take, take and give nothing back especially as every other business has offered refunds of some sort.
My son absolutely loves coming here and adores his key worker. He loves it so much he just walks in and doesn't give me a second thought which is good because its

My daughter has attended Daisy Chain Rothwell since October 2017 at this point she was 10 months old. Being a first time mum, I naturally felt anxious about leaving my daughter for the first time, however, the staff in the Pixie room soon put me at ease. The care that they offer is excellent and I feel comfortable everyday leaving my daughter with them. It is such a lovely feeling to be able to go to work and know that she is so well cared for. My daughter has developed so well whilst being at nursery, she has grown in confidence and has developed an excellent understanding. I feel that this is

As it is my son’s last day at your nursery I thought it would be a good opportunity to recognise the staff within the Elves room. Fortunately Jess has been my son’s key worker throughout his time at Daisy Chain. My son has a fantastic bond with Jess and it is evident this has benefitted him greatly in his development. More recently he has formed a fantastic bond with both Debi and Lisa. Again, like Jess these are friendly, helpful and professional members of staff. I have always been grateful for feedback on my son’s time at nursery at the end of the day and find that the Elves team always

I just wanted to say how brilliant Daisy Chain is and how fantastic the staff are. My child started in Jan 2012 and just left in July this year, he found it difficult to sit still, he was very insecure, struggled with social skills and his behaviour was challenging. He started 2 afternoons per week, then went to 3 at Lofthouse and in a very short time he made improvements. Now 18 months later, his communication skills are fantastic, he has a brilliant concentration span and his maths skills are extremely advanced. He has learned to play with other children, in fact I would never believe how much

My 2 year old is on the autism spectrum so we were recommended Daisy Chain by other local parents and friends as a good choice.
The Rothwell based nursery was great on our first show round although once in the office the manager was recommending the Lofthouse based nursery claiming it better met his needs.
We arranged a show round at Lofthouse the same day and were put off by the sizes of the class rooms with 50+ children in and only 4 staff and also noticed a hot laminator and scissors had been left unattended near the entrance to the class. We also found the sensory room was very small and
