Care Unique is an independent Care Agency providing a service for people needing care and support in their own home, including child care. Care is provided for service users who may have a disability or are physically frail and housebound due to their age, and find it difficult to cope with their personal care needs and domestic responsibilities.
Our care staff are highly trained and experienced in meeting the needs of service users. Care is delivered by staff that can speak appropriate languages and cook appropriate meals whilst understanding sensitive cultural and religious requirements and needs.

Services
Care should be available 24 hours a day, therefore we also provide night sitting/sleeping services. Care Unique will be pleased to hear from any person who requires help with personal care or everyday tasks. You can contact us yourselves, through your family, anybody else who cares for you, doctor or social services.

They provide an Excellent service for my mum sarabjit kaur who was palliative care at the time but as now sadly passed away.
The cares we’re alway polite and on time and always asking my mum what she need help with and always having laugh and joke with her to help improve her mood.
The management was always on hand to help with any questions or problem we had to get stuff we need.
Care unique gave my mum the best service and would use them again if need and would recommend to family and friends

This is my first review ever, after reading the negative reviews I feel compelled to share my positive 4 year experience for my fathers care.
I want to support the home care team at Care Unique for respectfully carrying out personal cares for my dad until he passed away with bowel cancer RIP. The team was 2 care staff regularly throughout the day and each of the carers were helpful and willing to prepare and serve hot meals and wash-up and tidy up. I felt at ease knowing the manager was always a phone call away and always answered my calls because i needed to know how much my dad had eaten because

I don’t normally do social media but feel strongly that I need to make people aware of the lack or care and compassion that this company displayed to my 93 year old mother. Mum was only with this company for a few weeks before they gave notice to the council. Mum has capacity but her problems are physical in that she had a stroke 13 years ago which left her paralysed totally on her right side. A few of the staff were ok. BUT management is unprofessional , not caring and unresponsive. The other negative comments within these reviews are correct, this company is only interested in cashing in and

It is rare these days to find a company which is well managed and has professional staff and standards at all levels, but Care Unique in Bradford is such a company.
My mother has benefited hugely from the dedicated care in her own home by Taaj and others such as Sharon. It is not an exaggeration to say that Taaj and Sharon have enhanced my mother’s life in many tangible ways.
Nina’s effective and skilful management has ensured a worry free and continuous care arrangement for my mother, and I highly recommend this organisation.
(PS all the care staff that attend for my mum are exceptional

Care Unique provides service for my sister who has challenging behaviour. The staff support her in the community for daily tasks.
The staff are very friendly and understand her needs and how to handle any situations which may occur.
Nina as a manager has helped me out a lot when I needed extra support and has also handled situations where i needed support. I would recommend this organisation to anyone.

Care Unique is the best model of a well led service and, having received a substantial package of care for my mum for over 4 years, I am happy to say that it is the best service in the area if not the whole country. Mum or the family (or the staff) were never ‘half-listened’ and management always made time to understand and discuss any problems. Since commencing mum’s care and support in 2013/14, it is difficult to think of a single time when either mum or the family were caused any concern.

My experience of Care Unique staff for the last 2 years is excellent my mother lives alone and gets 4 calls daily throughout the day to support her personal cares, carers are caring and patient and knowledgeable. I do not worry about her care needs I know Carers check she has eaten and had drinks and her medication and I can see the times recorded in her diary log sheet. I could not ask for any more reassurance. I ring the office and speak to Nina regularly for passing on information about hospital appointments to let carers know and she is always polite and caring. 10/10 excellent service highly

A cannot praise Care Unique and the team behind them highly enough, they have cared for my father for several years now without issue. The carers are wonderful and the management take an active role in making sure that the client is looked after really well.
I moved over to Care Unique having tried two other care providers locally who proved to be unsatisfactory. Thankfully Care Unique were able to takeover the care package swiftly and reassuringly. Communication is clear and timely and standards of care of the highest standard.

In the whole the carers who attended to my father's needs were efficient and professional. Recently however, my father’s mobility deteriorated and the carers refused to transfer him and it became bed care only until a hoist arrived.
The hoist duly arrived and the carers who had previously refused to transfer my father without a hoist stated 'I'm not using the hoist I will transfer him manually” and did this on separate occasions. The irony is , A few weeks earlier a carer said that they had been informed not to transfer but none had “hoist use” training.
