We stayed for 2 nights to go to the Panto with our grandchild. The location is perfect for both the theatre, the shopping mall and restaurants. Although the hotel was not fully open, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, warm and comfortable.

Stayed here for one night, shame it wasn't more as this hotel is perfect. Great location for local restaurants and the breakfast in the hotel was delicious. Thank you Red Lion!!

Wonderful and warm customer service made our stay very enjoyable. Inclusive breakfast was delicious. Several criticism s were the dated and dirty look of the family room. Surfaces all round have not seen a good scrub for ages

Room was lovely. Bed was comfy. Michelle on her own being a bar manager and receptionist was amazing, welcoming and professional. It was only one night but Michelle helped to make it a fantastic night.

Great value for money... Very clean and tidy hotel which is in very short walking distance to festival place shopping centre and the Vue cinema. Staff extremely helpful. Hotel has a free car park but you must give registration info to reception so you don't get fined, also just check which car park you are allowed to park in. Would definitely go back.
