Very unhappy with the quality of service. Prior to meeting her (Ms Dharmin Somani) the communication was smooth and assuring. Once meeting her- the main solicitor became quite hostile in her speech and after agreeing to take on my time sensitive case-2 weeks later sends an email saying her company doesn't have enough solicitors to help me, so she wouldn't be able to assist anymore. After seeing all my private documents and bank account details. Absolute unacceptable.
Beware when using this company. They might seem quite professional at first but they are not consistent.

We used the Legal Practice to buy a house, offered it in May and asked Dharmini if she could get it through before the end of June stamp duty tax saving deadline. Dharmini did not disappoint - she professionally flagged the issues and dealt with them and she kept us informed the whole time. I would definitely use her again when buying a house - it’s worth paying a little more than internet solicitors for the quality you get.
