St John's is a medium-sized firm which focuses on nothing but property. We are an established firm of property lawyers made up of a team, all of whom are local to the area with in-depth knowledge of Watford and all surrounding areas. Our friendly office is located in central Watford with free parking, where we are always willing to speak to and meet with clients at every stage of their transaction.
We have helpful and knowledgeable support staff who can be turned to when main contacts are absent. We have an abundance of experience to call on and the team is led by principals who have developed their skills through practising in Watford for more than 25 years. We offer a very personal touch in our service which avoids the problems of 'big company' processing.

Services
Due to the effects of external factors including the actions of third parties, it is difficult to provide precise time estimates for the progress and completion of specific transactions but St John's has developed the information set out in the below matrix which it is hoped clients will find useful.
For many transactions and certainly with standard conveyancing matters St John's is happy to commit to charging a fixed fee. For additional clarification, please refer to the Government Stamp Duty guidance and our fixed fee estimate tables below. As part of St John's policy of openness we would like to point out that 'fixed fees' can increase in certain special circumstances.

Report
Did not have a great experience with these lawyers. Communication was poor, lacked professionalism, showed lack of competency and made errors with important documents such as silly mistakes and typos, untrustworthy and felt like my lack of experience meant that they felt they could, in essence, mug me off. Thousands of pounds spent, more than usual. Reiterating a previous comment, I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Please only use this company at your own risk.
