Bought a 20 plate Rollerteam in November. Vehicle had many faults almost immediately despite them claiming that the vehicle had been prepared for sale by them before I collected.
Did not fix all faults when returned as they had not ordered the correct parts meaning I need to make another 6 hour round trip.
A few weeks later the engine battery failed and they are unwilling to reimburse this cost.

I recently bought a MiRider One ebike from them. I enjoyed going to collect it where I found the people very pleasant. I enjoyed browsing in the shop. Clearly they are not a bike shop so I wasn't expecting any expertise but when I had a couple of after sale issues they quickly found the answers by liaising with MiRider and called me.

As a first time motorhome buyer, I found a lot of dealers trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge by throwing wild prices around. Previously purchased a Pilote motorhome from another supplier, as Davan had sold out. We love our motorhome, but wanted to add a microwave and a few sockets. Jamie, Paris, Kerry and Emily were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
As we felt so confident in their knowledge and capability we signed up for a 5 year service and habitation checks.

What I like most about these guys is that they take great care to make sure the vehicle suits your needs. They spent ample time with us going over how we may want to use a motorhome, showed us a variety of layouts, vehicle sizes and explained in detail each option we can go for and whether we practically need it or not. With 84 YEARS in the business they definitely demonstrated to us they know their stuff! To top it up their prices are great. We’ve looked around for a long time and are very glad to have gone with Davan Caravans Ltd. highly recommended!
