Got quite a good part x for my new motorhome, very pleased with it ,had a few problems which I took to my local garage and JMT are paying for the work with no quibble which is very reassuring, when I want to trade in for another motorhome I will go back again. But I am still waiting for Tony to post my vape pipe to me . Lol

I have purchased several motorhomes over the years and generally the dealers have been very good. JMT has however been exceptional. We purchased a 2001 Auto Sleeper Symbol this year. We collected it from Weston S Mare and took it away for a weekend in the New Forest. We noticed the gear change was difficult , this became worse after the weekend. I notified JMT and at the same time telephoned some local garages (we live 50 miles from JMT) - the locals could not help in the time frame available (We had 10 days before our trip to France - ferries already booked)

We visited JMT because they had the particular model motorhome we were looking for. Tony could not have been more helpful and gave us as much time as we wanted to look over the vehicle. We agreed to buy and it was delivered to us as arranged a few weeks later well prepared and with a new MOT. We could not be more happy with the motorhome and the way that Tony sorted out the two minor niggles we have had since purchase. We would certainly buy from JMT again!

Posting this review on behalf of my elderly father who recently sold his much loved, well travelled motor home to JMT. From start to finish this company was a pleasure to deal with. I was told over the phone the price range I could expect and arrangements were made for Tony and Jez to come and see the motor home for themselves. They were prompt, polite and professional. True to their word they offered the price they had suggested over the phone and arranged a bank transfer straight away. At no point did dad feel pressured and both Jez and Tony made him feel at ease. We bought our first motorhome from JMT in October 2020, they have a great selection of vans are you are allowed to browse at your own leisure without any pressure. Once we made a decision the whole process was excellent, advice given on insurance and all questions answered. On collection the van was in great condition, and the handover showing how everything worked was superb - especially as it was our first motorhome. We had a small issue 3 months after purchase, and after contacting JMT to explain, the motorhome was collected, repaired and returned under the warranty - this was fantastic service
