All prices shown are for servicing within 2021 and include VAT @ 20% but exclude parts / materials that are extra. We request that customers remove all personal effects from their vehicle prior to service. We can do all types of internal and external repairs as well as warranty work and quoting for insurance repairs.

Me and my mum have just both bought Motorhomes from two separate companies. My mum bought from Highbrigde caravans, I bought from western Motorhomes. The service between the two companies couldn’t be anymore apart. The sales team at Highbrigde was rush rush rush, we’ll the team at other company couldn’t be more helpful. Then the standard of the clean, my god my mum got her Motorhome back home and we had to have it cleaned again. We didn’t want her sleeping in that. We then picked up my van it was spotless 8 years older but you wouldn’t believe it. Hope others have a better experience

Poor service. If you want a van great but the aftersales is not at all acceptable so be prepared. Having paid just shy of 60k for a brand new van in May we are still waiting for answers to our questions and the van itself has a lot wrong with it. I will say that the issues with the van are hymer issues but have had minimal to no support from highbridge and none of it is resolved. If you want aftersales just ring a random number as they ignore the messages and emails anyway. We wont be buying another van from them.

The sales team are brilliant. Till they get your money 💰. Then it's down hill from there.
I bought a 2021 campervan, and within a day there was over six faults. They had it in there work shop for over a week.and on getting the van back not one fault had been resolved and to add insult to injury it has two more than it went in with.
,in the end after a lot of complaining and willing to go to court, they took the van back. And I still lost 5% on the valve of the van.
Never again would I go back there .to big and do not care about the customer.

We have bought a few caravans from here always an extremely fair p/ex price and very pleasant staff after sales can be a bit of a bind but you do get seen to after all they are a huge dealership with thousands of customers so a wait is to be expected but on the whole I highly recommend them if you are considering a new or used caravan give them a try, they are far better than some of the other dealers I have dealt with over the years.
