Based in Lanarkshire, we deal with a variety of clients throughout the whole of the United Kingdom and we pride ourselves on the quality of advice and service that we deliver to our clients. We welcome clients to visit the office and meet our Team. Or, if you prefer, we can sort your mortgage out over the phone, online, by Skype or Facetime.
Any initial consultation with one of our brokers is completely free. We only charge you when our job is done - our fee is a success fee and is only payable when your mortgage has been agreed and your offer of loan issued to you, us and your solicitor. When you arrange a mortgage through AL Mortgages Ltd we commit to regular contact ensuring you always have the best mortgage and protection available to you and your family.

Aileen has been outstanding since I first came into contact. We are first time buyers with little to no idea on how it all works.
Previously being with a mortgage advisor which wasn't the best, I then decided to try someone new after being recommend by a colleague.
Aileen is straight, honest and gives you not only the best service but also great advice.

Aileen, the business principal is fantastic... And NOTHING short of. I thoroughly recommend her. Her knowledge and expertise is second to none, and speaking as someone with an extensive financial services background I would most definitely question any negative reviews of AL Mortgages. The staff are also very helpful, courteous and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for AL mortgages. I recommend you experience the fantastic service for yourself.... You'll never go anywhere else after this!

Aileen and her team are fantastic. They make you feel like your case is the only one they work on and give their undivided.
Have used AL for 3 mortgages, life insurance, valuations etc the list goes on.
I know from personal experience that Aileen will work to the late hours to make sure things are done over and above what is expected.
