Me and my husband was looking for mortgage advisors and we choosed The Mortgage Hub just because is close to my hubby work. And we been lucky! The whole team was working great! Elaine always was responding to my emails very quickly, and she was always supportive with answering my stupid questions. Yeahh, i am very stressful person with 100 questions and always get quick answer from her. All team was helping us also with solicitor and insurances.

I cannot recommend The Mortgage Hub enough! I live in a completely different city & they have always gone above and beyond to make things work. They are truly the NICEST bunch I have ever dealt with, I’m a total stresser and they always managed to calm me down and handle every situation, always explaining things in a simple way to help me understand processes I’ve not dealt with before and they never ever seemed phased or bothered by anything, they had the perfect solution always. The team are experienced and knowledgeable professionals. Elaine, Becky and the team make a very stressful and confusing process easier. Despite a number of complications outside of our control, they always get back to you promptly, be it by email or telephone. I have never felt like I'm being passed around and fobbed off between advisors.

Used them for years and they always been great.
This time, never got in touch for 8 weeks. I emailed several times and kept being told that someone would contact me. Never happened.
Called them out on it. Was told they had emailed me ( they didn't) and left a voicemail ( they didn't), plus other missed calls (never happened).
Almost trying to blame me for their lack of contact. (I was the one attempting to get an update, no reason for me to blank them) Think they were just trying to cover their backs with some standardised excuses.
In the end, told them I would use someone else. Think they
