All cakes are freshly baked to order in my country kitchen, in the beautiful historic village of Stebbing, North Essex. I can’t thank Nicki enough for the incredible cake she made for our wedding day! It was absolutely incredible. We are still getting comments now! The flavours were absolutely delicious and it looked stunning. We've been told several times it was the best wedding cake people have seen and tasted! I would highly recommend Serendipity Cakes.

Nicki recently made my son’s 18th birthday cake. It was a football cake with a copy of his football boots and it looked absolutely amazing! But not only did it look amazing, but it tasted sublime, honestly the… best sponge I’ve ever had and this was also echoed by everyone else. I can’t wait to pick up my other son’s cake in a couple of weeks! 😋

I recently spent a day with Nicki learning how to cover a cake with sugar paste as my brother has asked me to make his wedding cake 😱😱😱 After panicking for a while I booked in with Nicki and am now quietly confident I’ll be able to do it!!! I have been making cakes for a living for 10 years in a small shop but nothing too fancy! Nicki taught me so… much in 5 hours I had to keep writing things down. I recently contacted Nicki at Serendipity cakes to enquire about learning to decorate cakes. From the outset Nicki was friendly and responded quickly by phone and email and was able to tailor a cake decorating course for me and my mum. We basically wanted to learn make family celebration cakes, specifically kids novelty cakes so I can make them… for my Son, and nieces, rather than buy the poor quality ones in shops.
