Cake Classes Report

Here at Lottie and Jakes we offer a wide range of cake decorating classes from Cupcakes, Giant cupcakes, Tiered cakes, Sugar flowers and Character modelling. Classes are suitable for all abilities. If you have no previous experience, our friendly and professional tutors will take you through the techniques step by step and adapt to your needs.

I'm a repeat customer! Had numerous boxes of cakes and brownies now. The cupcakes are equally delicious as they are beautiful. And the brownies are the best I have ever tasted. I'm sure il be getting some more soon!

We recently ordered 6 vanilla cupcakes for an elderly neighbour as a house warming gift because she has relocated to be near her family in Maldon,. We were really impressed with the excellent customer service… from Lottie and Jakes Cakes right from our initial contact through to even delivering the cakes on our behalf, which is not part of their normal service. Our neighbour loved her surprise house warming present and wrote to thank us for the ‘delicious and very beautifully decorated cupcakes’. Went in shop as door open at 9.21am and got thrown out. Shop opens 9 mins later apparently. Then lock the door and could easily have been served.
Very poor will never return.1 star because it had some stock, you just need to be honoured to buy it.

Lovely shop packed full with everything you need to make cakes, cupcakes, sugar flowers, models. Lots of accessories including cake boxes, boards, candles, ribbon. Very friendly staff always willing to help and answer any questions you may have. We recently had a cake made for a family member and we didn't want to cut it as it looked liked a work of art, very yummy. I often can't resist the chocolate brownies they sell in the shop my guilty pleasure.
