Bootle Golf Course is currently maintained by Sefton Council and is open for pay & play 7 days a week. Our membership currently stands at 121, approximately 20% of whom play off single figure handicaps and they are the heartbeat of our club. In addition to weekly competitions, many club members enjoy outings to other golf courses at home and abroad and participate in many external events.

Services
Most people join golf clubs for a wide variety of reasons; affordability, accessability, opportunity etc etc. Bootle Golf Club has members from all walks of life, of all age groups and handicaps ranging from the sublime to the rediculous.
Our course is famous for being open throughout the year and the recent appointment of English Landscapes, a subsidiary of The Landscape Group, has proved to be of great benefit in terms of expertise and equipment.Like most golf clubs, private and municipal, Bootle has suffered from the effects of the recent recession but membership has now stablised at around 130 and all the signs are that this will increase.
