Pregnancy & Motherhood is an extraordinary time of transformation and a profound rite of passage for Women and their families that requires care and guidance.

As a fully qualified Yoga Teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience, a Hypnobirthing Practitioner, a Birth & Post Natal Doula and a Baby Massage Teacher, I show Women how to feel supported and confident on the journey to Motherhood, and into mothering life, using movement, meditation & yoga practices to ground and centre, giving clarity and strength for all of life's stages.
Services
Drawing on over a decade of teaching experience, every one of my Pregnancy Yoga classes and Workshops have been designed to provide a nourishing and supportive environment to guide you safely through every stage of pregnancy, helping you enjoy and prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for birth.
Discover your innate ability to birth your baby in a relaxed, peaceful state of mind with manageable birthing sensations. Childbirth can be an empowering and positive event in your life. During my Hypnobirthing sessions, you will learn techniques and methods that help you to have a comfortable, natural childbirth.
The postnatal period is one of adjustment and great change, and these classes are a calm, relaxing and hugely beneficial session for you and your baby. Through this hands-on course, you'll learn why Positive Touch is so beneficial to your baby and yourself, & feel confident offering your baby a top to toe massage that you can safely and effectively practice in the comfort of your own home, using specific oils and cover specific therapeutic needs.
We all need it (some of us desperately) but so many of us struggle to stop, and be, even if only for a few moments. These monthly workshops are your opportunity to take deep rest from distraction, responsibility and your day-to-day demands and recover your natural ability to find ease, stillness and rest.
Whatever brings you to yoga, my aim is to deepen your connection between the body, mind and spirit and believe it is here in this deep connection where true healing and wholeness emerges. Working one to one or in a small group gives you the full attention of the teacher. In fact Yoga was traditionally designed to be taught in this way.

One of the best recommendations I could make to any mamas to be or new mamas. Lucy supported me with yoga through both my pregnancies and postpartum both in person and then virtually during the lockdown. Lucy has the most beautiful energy- calm, supportive, non judgemental and you leave her classes feeling so seen and held. I felt supported physically with a beautiful yoga flow and positions to support me during late pregnancy and labour. Both babies clearly loved our sessions too because my oxytocin would be flowing and their little rolls and kicks would let me know they loved it. I would sleep

Lucy is such a kind and thoughtful yoga teacher, who goes above and beyond for her clients, if you are looking for a class to focus on you and open you up you will definitely feel more lengthened and relaxed after this class.

I attended pregnancy Yoga with Lucy and it was a great experience. She works with one’s needs and abilities to provide a holistic approach to their wellbeing. She developed a sense of community between the participants during her classes which meant a lot. I’d highly recommend her yoga classes for pregnancy.
