Enchanting hotel on the Isle of Skye with Table d'Hte dining in the heart of the highlands. The most beautiful spot on Skye. At the end of the road, in a whitewashed hamlet, almost paddling in the Sound of Sleat. Mountains rise, the sea sparkles, the odd fishing boat potters by with deep peace in a magical landscape.
Warm Hebridean interiors, an atmospheric restaurant for lovely food with hand-dived Scallops, Highland Venison, traditional Scottish Cranachan with fresh raspberries. Eilean Iarmain is a 19th century traditional hotel, comprising four suites and 12 bedrooms, charming and uniquely decorated.

Services
If you're ever headed to the Isle of Skye, I would highly recommend Hotel Eileen Iarmain for both it's hotel and restaurant (and it's whisky store - it's the home of Praban na Linne, producers of some seriously good Gaelic Whisky). I couldn't imagine you'd be anything but pleased. Read the full review here.
Our accommodation spreads over sixteen bedrooms and ranges from individual rooms in the Main House and Garden House to beautiful individual suites with bay views. We offer a selection of "Pet friendly rooms". Guests must notify the hotel at the time of booking to ensure they are allocated an appropriate room.
Restaurant Dining and Hearty Bar Meals provide something for every taste and budget at Hotel Eilean Iarmain. Log fires and candlelit dinners in our 'Birlinn' restaurant, selected for the Good Food Guide 2017, offers a mouth-watering menu making use of as much local produce as possible. Local seafood and Eilean Iarmain venison accompanied by Skye-grown salads and vegetables often feature on our menu.

We called in at the bar for an evening meal here, after kindly being given permission to use their bank / slipway to canoe around Isle Ornsay for the afternoon. The staff are friendly and efficient, and there's a lovely selection of home cooked meals served up in a cosy wood paneled bar area. The mussels with ginger and chili were just "something else"... amazing !!!
We'll definitely be heading here again when we have a day out around Isleornsay. Lovely place and staff 😊

They made us feel like we were invited to a family home for the weekend, not a hotel. While the ratings say it is three stars that is very misleading - the rooms, facilities, restaurant, grounds and most if all the hosts were GREAT. Going out of their way to accommodate and make us (and our puppy) comfortable.

The location is absolutely amazing! I could stay there for a month just looking and enjoying the views.
The area is very safe so kids and the dog could be walking around and enjoying the shore without any dangers.
The food (breakfast and dinner) was very good and the staff very friendly and polite.
The reason I am taking one star is because the cottage was a bit small for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). The mattress a bit soft and even the kids said that their sofa bed was quite uncomfortable (extremely soft). As well because of the “Covid” there was no room service, fact very annoying considering

This is a great little old fashioned hotel. Our room was simple and comfortable (though slightly thin walls) with sea views from every window. The setting on the water is breathtaking, and the service for breakfast and dinner was good. It’s nothing fancy, but so cozy and welcoming. We were sad to leave!
