Taxi companies moan about Uber and then don't bother to turn up at heathrow to pick you up without so much as a phone call. What an absolute joke! FUMING! Thank god for uber, reliable and cheaper than these jokers.

Refused my friend a lift for having no face mask even though she is medically exempt. Poor.

Top customer service, friendly drivers, never let me down - 4am pick-ups, flight delays or changes, bookings months in advance or last minute...

Booked a taxi for an airport pickup at 4am. Called twice to confirm it. Was left waiting outside at 4am and the taxi never showed up. We tried calling several times and no one answered. We nearly missed our flight. Thankfully another company was able to save the day. I would never use this firm again. Appalling service.

Absolutely awful service. Called this morning for taxi for 10.10 am from the camping and caravan club site at Chertsey bridge and to the train station at chertsey and was told that no taxi was available until 11.00 am. When we arrived at the station at 10 am there were 5 taxi's with a few drivers just sitting around looking useless. When we arrived back at Chertsey station at around 7 pm we went into the office to try to get a taxi back to the camping and caravan site at Chertsey bridge and was told that there was no taxi for at least 20 minutes. Your service is absolutely appalling and I think

First and probably the only time to use this firm due to visiting the area. However most definitely the best taxi firm I have ever used!! The rank answered instantly and the taxi arrived within 5 minutes! The gentleman driving was the nicest man I have ever met unfortunately I didn't catch his name (he said he was 70 and a former hippy!) Gave us information on the area that was invaluable!
