Even when pre-booking a car (which we would always recommend) we request that for all terminals, passengers call our office after they have passed passport control, collected any luggage and are making their way out of the Arrivals Hall. Only then will we instruct the driver, who we will have waiting off-site, as close to the terminal building as possible, to make their way to the pick-up point within the Car Park or Express pickup.

We requested a car from Virginia Water Train Station to our hotel, Royal Berkshire Hotel. The driver came in a Silver Mercedes Vito. . He charged us 15 GPB. When I got to my hotel they said it was supposed to be 5-10 GBP ONLY. We believe the company is over charging people.

On time, driver extremely polite and attentive, car sparkling clean. We didn’t sleep much. And my driver was quiet and respectful. He also got us home super quickly so we could go to bed. The driver contacted us ahead of the pick up time to make sure that he would be able to find us. Everything worked out perfectly. He was very courteous and friendly adding another plus to our fantastic journey. Excellent service. Highly recommend. Dr Shah
