I called and arranged a taxi to Heathrow for early morning. I got a phone call hours later when I was asleep in preparation for my flight, stating if I still wish to keep the booking it would be £35 for the 14 minute journey. I can only assume this astromincal price was so the driver didn't have to commit to the 04:30 pick up. Terrible service, I'll stick with Uber in future.
