Our smile enhancing bridges provide a long-lasting solution to missing teeth. As well as looking great, they can also improve how you eat and speak, and prevent any remaining teeth from moving. They offer a fixed alternative to wearing dentures. Conventional bridges consist of a false tooth set between two crowns, which fit over the teeth either side of a gap.
Our composite fillings are made from tooth-coloured resin, offering a natural-looking alternative to those made from more obvious amalgam. Also known as white fillings, they provide a durable, unnoticeable repair that protects teeth against further damage and decay.
As well as repairing teeth, white fillings can be used at the front of the mouth to improve their appearance, for example, if you wish to build up a tooth to make it look bigger or close spaces between your teeth.You are given a local anaesthetic so we can painlessly remove any decayed or damaged areas.

Our range of crowns provide complete coverage to enhance and strengthen damaged teeth. Often referred to as 'caps', they slot neatly over a tooth to conceal chips, discolouration or extensive fillings and are used on teeth that have had root canal treatment. Excellent experience, had to have an emergency appointment for 2 molar teeth extractions they fitted me in within an hour staff, dentist Neil and dental nurse Alison were great as was the lady that booked me in, I'm NOT the best dental patient. Neil explained everything in a straight forward way and carried out the procedure quickly and effectively.

This is a great dentist. I am very phobic and have been treated under Community Dentistry (who are great but have struggled under COVID situations). So when I cracked an old filling I decided maybe it was time to try a private dentist that just had a little more time to work with me. I found this place from the Google reviews that praised it's work with nervous patients. I rang and was fitted in for a check up that day (don't want phobics left waiting - they tend to back out of appointments!). I had to go back for it to be repaired/replaced which I did today (July 2021). I knew that the appointment

This is a fantastic dentist! I’ve become a member and had different treatments and it has been an A1 experience 👍🏼 massively recommend the place and a big shout out to Dev in reception for being so polite and on the ball all the time also Neil for being a FIRST CLASS surgeon, best dentist I’ve ever had.

Absolutely amazing dental surgery, I am extremely nervous of the dentist but Dr Sheetal Hindocha did fantastic work on my my extraction yesterday, and the lovely dental nurse held my hand all the way through they talked me through the whole procedure and made me feel at ease, I would definitely recommend this surgery to anyone who is anxious about dentists, thankyou so much Wigston Dental Care, I will be back soon for the rest of my treatment 😊

Neil, Trisha and the team took excellent care of my father last October and when I called them at 0900 this morning because I was in pain and had not slept, without hesitation, the receptionist (Phoebe?) asked if I could be there at 0915! By 0945 I had been x-rayed; diagnosed and treated and given a prescription for antibiotics. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and Covid safe! A quick end to a nightmare. Thank you all so much; I could not recommend your practise more highly.

I wish I found this place sooner.
If you're anxious or nervous, don't avoid going to this dentist.
It's really not as bad as you think.
I normally get really anxious but Dr Tanna always makes me feel at ease. He has a good sense of humour with the nurse and they both calm me down :)
They are all helpful, social, kind, patient and professional.
The surgery is always clean, smells good and they take their covid policy seriously. You are never near anyone.
They also have a small car park at the back.
