Jay was incredible from start to finish with my Invisalign treatment, even during COVID and how busy there were. I highly recommend Jay and his practise, always gave me clear timelines and informed me every step of my Invisalign journey. Staff are very friendly, helpful and the place has excellent COVID hygiene measures.

This practice helped me in my time of need when no other dentist could. I had sinusitis with severe tooth pain and luckily this dentist didn't pull my tooth out just to make money out of me. I was supported by them and managed to work out the problem because of them. I've recommended them on the nextdoor app recently. Thanks guys!

I have always been very nervous, in fact scared to death of dentists, but Briarmeads put me at my ease. They have a great team. The receptionists are very polite, nice to deal with. My first dentist was Dr Bhatt then Dr Rughani. Now I have a lovely lady dentist called Dr Radhika Mistry, she was so lovely, it’s these three guys that have helped me not to be a quivering wreck. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend Briarmeads. Also the hygienist Victoria Chandler is a lovely lady too.

Before going to see Dr Shah I had a debilitating fear of the dentist. I was recommended him in a time of need and he and the whole team were fantastic. Dr Shah always talks me through everything and takes time to make sure I am comfortable before doing any treatment or checks. Since finding him the whole family have moved to his care!
I have limited experience with the other staff here but the reception team have also always been friendly, helpful and professional too.
Can’t recommend them enough!

Hypocrites, never on time. Every appointment I have with them runs 15-20 minutes late, and worst is how rude the staff is.
I arrived at 1:31 to my 1:30pm appointment. They made me wait 15 minutes, then told me I arrived a minute late so they won't see it and they're sorry. I took an hour off work for this?

Dr Shah is a great dentist, he explained the work that was needed to be done before and showed me the results after each procedure. This showed the quality of service Briar Meads Dental Practice offers.
They have are ensuring a well kept COVID safe environment during the pandemic. I definitely felt safe entering the surgery.
