We pride ourselves on our friendly, ethical service and a calming environment from the moment you walk through the door. At Number One Dental Practice we provide a range of preventative and restorative dental care at an utmost standard, and we believe all patients should be treated with dignity and respect.
Alison is the Practice Owner and has worked in general dentistry for over 35 years. She started Number One Dental Practice in 1995 when she moved to Leicester. Alison's working days at the practice are Monday, Thursday and Friday, when she can offer joint appointments, with our Dental Therapist - Kate.
We pride ourselves on our welcoming and non-clinical atmosphere, our patients are put at ease as soon as they walk through the door. The practice has 3 surgeries that each contain modern equipment. A central sterilisation area enables us to maintain extremely high standards of cross infection control.
Guarantee all restoration carried out by us at our recommendation for a period of one year. Inform you if you are likely to be kept waiting more than 20 minutes as as it becomes apparent. Provide an estimate if requested within two working days (this is to allow time for X-rays to be developed and checked, which may influence the treatment necessary).
We understand that visiting the dentist can be a daunting experience at any age, let alone for small children. It is important that children are familiarized with visiting dentists from a young age. The sooner your child feels comfortable in the dentist, the better it will reflect on their dental health and frame-of mind as they become adults.

I can't believe I am the first to write a review about this place. I would highly recommend to anyone, this is not your usual clinical looking/smelling dentist and is very professional, friendly and caring in a warm and comforting environment.
I am very anxious when it comes to the dentist but felt most comfortable having both a female dentist and dental nurse for my treatment, both of which helping me through my anxiety but also getting the job done perfectly.
