Bonds have been fantastic. It was difficult selling the house during the pandemic but Daniel Bond and his team kept our spirits up and advised us to remain firm on our price. This strategic input was brilliant because in the end we sold the house above the asking price. They kept us informed throughout the process, we always felt they were representing our best interests and they managed the whole process with complete professionalism. Everything was positive from Daniel Bonds professionalism when he came out to quote. The speed from when we signed up to our house actually being publically advertised (a few days) We loved the fact that they are available to do viewings at times that suit a prospective buyer which could mean until 8PM Monday to Sunday.
Communication was always excellent and speedy. As with so many people during the Pandemic, conveyancing was slow. Our buyer had a date that they wanted to have moved in by and (without being asked)
