We will, however, give you the choice from the start, allowing you to make an informed decision when arranging a viewing.

What an experience, simply the best estate agents I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. From the first point of contact Oliver made us feel so special. We made certain conditions on point of making an offer which were all met and 4 weeks later , we had the keys to our new property in our hands.Even the other parties solicitors were surprised how fast we had managed to do it. I truly wish Grapevine the best for the future and that they carry on their excellent work for a long time, absolutely no hesitation in recommending them whatsoever. We sold and bought simultaneously through Grapevine earlier this year, throughout the whole process Oliver and Adam were nothing short of superb. The quality of the photography and video work for the listing was excellent, and once we had a chain in place Adam was instrumental in keeping everything progressing and dealing with any issue that arose. We'd use them again without hesitation and highly recommend them.

Grapevine were enthusiastic, professional and communicative right from our first phone call to ask them to come and value our property. They had a portfolio of similar properties in the area to compare ours with and responded to our questions swiftly, keeping us up to date with every step of the selling process and recommending really efficient solicitors too. Brilliant. I thought all estate agents were the same, but these guys proved me wrong.
I got good advice even before we hired them. Then we got great marketing, great communications, attention to detail, responsive & personable.
Even when the solicitors created months of problems Adam just stuck with it and liased with everyone in the chain. 11/10

I used Grapevine recently to sell my property in Twyford. They were absolutely fantastic. Oliver came and viewed my property and was friendly and enthusiastic. When I got an offer he helped me through the acceptance and found me a lovely solicitor to handle my sale. Adam then took over with selling process. He was always available to speak to me and was reassuring when I had any worries. He even helped with my purchase which was going rather slowly. Everyone at Grapevine was helpful, kind and courteous and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I would use them again and rate them very highly.

Great experience from initial house valuation to the whole completion exercise. Oliver was the only Estate Agent I explored who came prepared in terms of setting a realistic expectation on the house value (he was armed with all local houses and their actual sale prices in the past few years), but was also fully supportive if I wanted to try a slightly higher initial house guide price.
They kept me informed of feedback of all viewings, made suggestions on how we might enhance pictures or property descriptions, and I felt all along they remained fully focused on the job in hand. At no stage did
