Masons were the perfect team to sell my property with. Tim's valuation process was informative and realistic. Tyra's showings were provided with good feedback and during the sale process she was always available, helpful and communicated clearly (even going as far as replying to emails when she was on holiday). A mention to Jake who although not dealing with my property was always helpful if the rest of the team were unavailable.

Sold our house through Masons in a matter of days. Professional, friendly, top-quality and fast service. When our first buyer disappeared, they sold the house again in a single day.
They also found our new home, which ticked all the boxes. They kept our buyers happy while our purchase was going through. Chased all the solicitors every day to make sure that things are happening and we get to moving day sooner rather than later. Completely happy with the service; couldn't ask for more. They put all the other estate agents to shame.

I could not fault Masons. They were honest and professional throughout out our move. I purchased a house with my girlfriend through Mason and we have been extremely satisfied with the service provided.
Jake Challis and Tyra Begum have been brilliant, both professionally and personally during the buying process of our new home.

We sold our house through Masons and received a first class service.
The whole team were incredible throughout.
They were so patient with us as it took us a LONG time to find a house to purchase after ours had gone under offer. They kept our buyer happy to wait for us a whole 7 months. We're so glad we chose Masons and would 100% recommend them. I can not praise them enough!!!
