Very disappointed . I thought, I will support local business. So I placed an order with delivery on Tuesday, got confirmation that order have been received and quite. No delivery slot, no information about when I can expect to be delivered. Wednesday I emailed them and received email back- delivery will be on Friday. Friday I call two times. First time I got answer -delivery driver is on break and in hour time you will get phone call back. In one and half hour time I call again, answer- order will be delivered between 16.00-17.00 . Now is 17.20- still no delivery...

This really is a great traditional butchers. They have won so many awards. You may have to pay a bit more than your supermarket but actually not much more at all. Recently expanded to do takeaway sarnie hot or cold. Only tried them once or twice sarnie wise. Now on different route. More's the pity. Will give Gregg's just down the road more than a run for their money I think,?
