We are a high class family butchers and delicatessen based on the outskirts of stafford town. Established since 1953, we proudly supply the very best, locally sourced beef, pork, lamb, poultry and game. We also have a fully stocked deli with a huge range of homemade pies and pastries, cooked meats and continental cheeses.
We have a talented team of craft butchers in the shop who really know their trade, they are on-hand to advise customers on specific cuts and even give cooking advice. We understand coming in to a butchers for the first time can be daunting for some, which is why all of our staff are friendly and helpful.

We are a traditional family butcher, located in Stafford, Staffordshire. We have been established for many years and in that time we have built up a reputation for quality products and services. In 1988 Hindles Butchers were part of a team who made it into the Guinness World Book of records for making the worlds largest sausage.

Robert Hindles' butchers has got to be the best in Stafford. I live locally to the butchers and would definitely recommend buying your meat and fresh produce from them.
I have lived on the local estate for almost 40 years and have used the butchers however due to the Covid 19 virus and the lockdown I have been using them more regularly than ever before, about 3-4 per week. My son is now using the shop for all our bbq food, great quality lovely tasty food and good choice knocks spots off the supermarkets produce. I will definitely be shopping there on a more regular basis in the future.

We started using Hindles during the height of the lockdown. As I was heavily pregnant at the time we were isolating and they delivered our order to us when we were struggling to get meat and other groceries from elsewhere. We were so impressed with the excellent quality of the meat and local produce that shopping locally for our meat is something we are continuing to do now the restrictions are being lifted. Hindles have an excellent selection of fresh meat, the tastiest lamb steaks I’ve ever had!
