I went to +Strood Tyre Company today because I had a tear in the side wall of one of my #tyres. While in conversation with Tony and the guys there I mentioned that I had heard a strange noise whilst driving on the motorway earlier and that the day before I had a hub bearing replaced. Straight away they diagnosed what the problem was, the other side rear had worn due to the stress being placed on it.

Waste of time,
I called them last week to book an appointment for wheel alignment for Monday and was told just to come on Monday as there is no need of appointment, so just in case I called them on Monday before going there only to be told, that it can't be done and I have to do it other day.
Not professional and very frustrated, as I really need it to do it, just not worth it to deal with

Very friendly and professional, I have taken my Jaguar into them multiple times and they were very knowledgeable with the system and even fixed an exhaust issue that 2 other garages couldn't fix whilst I got my tyres changed and didn't charge me for the exhaust issue. Very honest lads
