Services
We have successfully carried out a wide variety of projects with many clients, under disciplines of both client appointed design teams and design and build contracts. Our work has ranged from enclosed sites with retained frontages in the City of London to large office developments, schools and complete Business Parks.
We are able to provide all necessary structural calculations, drawings, and specifications for new build, alterations, and extensions for all types of Domestic Housing from inception to the conclusion of the project. We can also obtain tender prices from our Quality Assured List of Approved Contractors if required by the client.
We can assist in the structural aspects of Party Wall Awards, and can advise Party Wall Surveyors as required by the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. We can also advise clients directly e.g. if a neighbour is proposing to carry out any underpinning, loft conversion or new extension works on or adjacent to the party wall, or within 3 metres of the Party Wall if the new foundations are deeper than those of the party wall.
We can provide construction details for building extensions. We can work from Architect's drawings or direct from client's instructions. In either event we would visit the property to carry out a site survey and then accurately produce the necessary drawings, calculations and specifications. This information can then be used to obtain tender prices and Building Regulations Approval, and if required we can inspect the work in progress on site.
