I needed a gas certificate for my stall and I had one day to provide it and this great gas engineer was willing to inspect my appliances on a Sunday and provided me with the certificate to give to local authority on monday. Without his sacrifice to work on a Sunday I was threatened to lose my license. Great service and very professional and precise work I recommend anyone to use

STAY AWAY, they let me down twice in exactly the same manner

So sad to have to leave a review like this. They did a good Gas certification for me and I was happy and wanted to also use them to do a PAT test so arranged one for a Tues 10am. Took the day off work on another job, I get there at 09:45….10:45 I call and am told there is an issue on another job and he can’t make it. So they don’t call and tell me this.
We arrange for do the test a week later, today 10 am. The guy confirms that time last night via mail. I get there 9:45, wait

After experiencing a gas leak and needing an engineer to come out as such short notice on a late Friday night, M25 Gas Services came within 2 hours. Robert the engineer established the problem and explained very variable and outcome so that I could make my decision. He was efficient and precise. I couldn’t have been more pleased to come across such a professional and welcoming person.

We are starting our food business, and we needed a gas safety certificate to be able to trade on food markets. The gas engineer connected the gas hose to my new LPG Krampouz crepe maker. He advised me which LPG regulator is better and safer. He showed me how to connect the LPG gas regulator to the gas bottle. He also fitted a quick release valve on the LPG hose, and it comes handy when I have to pack away the LPG cylinder and the pancake maker. Thank you for all your help, much appreciated!
