The Museum has achieved the Visit Britain "We're Good to Go" certification. As part of this, we have completed comprehensive risk assessments and implemented a range of measures to aid social distancing and maintain cleanliness within the Museum. Third party photography and filming of school children on organised school visits is not permitted. Special admission applies for the above events - find out more by visiting our What's On page. For the cost of two standard tickets you can visit STEAM as many times as you like for 12 months. Includes free parking.

The Museum shares the historic Churchward site with McArthurGlen Swindon Designer Outlet, Heelis (National Trust HQ), English Heritage, Historic England and the National Monuments and Records Centre. Located in the Rodbourne area of Swindon, STEAM is approximately 10-20 minutes' walk from Swindon Town Centre and 10-20 minutes' walk from Swindon Railway Station.
